Initiators of the occasion appeared the Parliamentary Committees on taxation and customs Policy and on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship. The first to appeal to participants was Oleksandr Lavrynovych, the First Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. He stressed "those exactly small and medium-seized businesses during the crisis period are the engines that stimulate the development of the economics. That is why the state should at any rate support it".

The Chairman of the Committee on taxation and Customs Policy S. Teriokhin emphasized that the Bills that are directed to the Committee for scrutinizing are aimed at the support of the small and medium-seized businessesю

The chairperson of the Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship, N. Korolevska declared that "all the legislative initiatives are formed with the one aim not let the increase of the taxation pressure on the small and medium-seized businesses during the crisis".

The participants of the Meeting thoroughly pointed out the attention on the Bills concerning the taxation system on the small and medium-seized businesses.

The principles of the bill adopted in the first reading are agreeable; in particular concerning the new concept of the market charge, the bill also envisages the introduction of the fixed tax for the natural person- entrepreneurs that hold the trade activity on markets.

Today five working groups are elaborating the Bill for the second reading.

Concerning the entrepreneurs that pay fixed tax can continue trade activity without the market charge. The y will not need the trade license and cash register.

The corresponding amendments should be introduced to the Laws "On Licensing of the Certain Kinds of Entrepreneurship", "On Use of Registrations of the Clearing Transactions in the Trade Sphere" and Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers "On Income Tax from the Citizen".
